Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://san4urides.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, San4u Rides markets and arranges Non-emergency Medical Transport, Taxi Service, Medical Ride Service, Patient Transport Service, Taxi Driver, Transportation Coordinator, Private Car Service, Ride To Doctor. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://san4urides.com is the property of San4u Rides or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://san4urides.com is provided on an "as is" basis. San4u Rides makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will San4u Rides's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless San4u Rides from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
